Soul Feeder

On a successful critical hit, a soul feeder weapon bestows one negative level on the foe. One day after being struck, the subject must succeed at a Fortitude save (DC 18) for each negative level or lose a character level.

Manifester Level: 14; Prerequisites: Craft Psionic Arms and Armor, metaphysical weapon, mindwipe; Market Price: +3 bonus.
