3e Summary::The Elves have a natural ability to produce art of all forms.
Benefit: You gain a +2 bonus to one Perform skill category of your choice. When using the chosen perform skill in conjunction with the bardic music ability, you gain a +1 bonus to the save DC (if there is one).
Note:This feat is related to the The Test of Time (DnD Campaign Setting) → Elven Feats.
