Begger's Curse of the Sea

This is a curse for the DM to give to that one player that always brings you pictures of stuff they want to fight. The curse is pretty simple: if the player touches the sea directly, a thunderous sound is heard from all directions as one of the overpowered monsters he asked to fight rises from the sea two sizes above it's normal size. Use sparingly.
