Medium humanoid (Human), lawful neutral Armor Class 15 (Natural Armor)
Saving Throws Dexterity +9, Charisma +5 Chakra. The Chinoike has 25 chakra points which he can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest. Chakra Sense. The Chinoike can sense chakra and magical effects within 30 feet of him. Foresight. The Chinoike has advantage on Dexterity and Wisdom saving throws. ACTIONSMultiattack. The Chinoike can make 2 unarmed strikes. Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d4 + 5) bludgeoning damage. Blood Flow Optimization (4 Chakra). Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: The creature gains 10 (2d4 + 5) hit points. Exploding Human Creation (8 Chakra). The Chinoike stabilizes a creature that is at 0 hit points and is not a Construct or Elemental. Once a creature has been effected by this, they may spend 3 chakra as an action to cause their eyes to become red and force them to either walk in a specific direction or harm themselves, and they gain the benefits of Genjutsu Trap. If they take 5 damage, they explode at the beginning of their next turn, causing all creatures in a radius to succeed a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw, taking an amount of damage on a failure.
Blood Control (20 Chakra). The Chinoike forces another creature that is not a Construct or Elemental to attempt a Constitution saving throw. On a success, they regain half the chakra spent. On a failure, they become charmed by you for 5 minutes. They may reattempt this saving throw at the end of each of their turns. If they are reduced to 0 hit points, the explode as per Exploding Human Creation. Swell (5 Chakra). An unwilling creature must attempt a Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, their size increases by 1 category, they have disadvantage on Dexterity saving throws and attack rolls, and advantage on Constitution saving throws not related to the Chinoike's actions. They may end this effect by taking 3 damage that is not fire, cold, or bludgeoning. Blood Dragon Succession (10 Chakra). The Chinoike creates a dragon from the blood of a dead creature that is Medium or larger for 1 minute (concentration). The Chinoike may concentrate on 3 dragons at a time. Beyond being Large, vulnerable to fire damage, immune to non-magical damage, not being able to move, and having 90 hit points and 18 AC, it has the same statistics as the Chinoike. It acts on their initiative and has the following actions:

A reclusive clan in the Land of Lightning, the Chinoike make use of a rare dojutsu known as the Ketsuryugan, which allows the user to manipulate creatures' blood. Settling in an area of nutritious hot springs known as the Valley of Hell, their seclusion from the outside world would ultimately become their downfall. Due to limited areas upon which homes could be built, they were forced into cramped living spaces, which only increased aggression toward one another. This would ultimately boil over shortly after the Uchiha Massacre, resulting in only two known Chinoike surviving. |
