Expansion of the Body

Prerequisites: Constitution 13, Wisdom 13
Upon gaining this feat, you further your understanding of Ki.

  • You learn two ki features of your choice from among those available to the monk class under the Ki feature. If a ki feature you use requires your target to make a saving throw to resist the feature’s effects, the saving throw DC equals 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier. If you have already all monk ki features, you can choose two 1st-level spells from the cleric or druid spell list, that you can cast at a cost of 2 ki points. Wisdom is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
  • You gain 1 ki point. This ki point is added to any ki point you have from another source. You can use this ki point to fuel your ki features. A ki point is expended when you use it. You regain your expended ki point when you finish a short or a long rest.
  • You can roll a d4 in place of the normal damage of your unarmed strike. If you already have a higher unarmed damage die, you damage die for unarmed strikes increase in one category (1d6 becomes 1d8, for example).
