Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement)

Wonder what it would be like to be like wolverine? Here is your chance to.

While attuned and wearing this gauntlet, you gain +2 to all unarmed strikes. They also deal d6 + your Dexterity modifier slashing damage, instead of bludgeoning.

Upon a hit, the creature must make a Constitution Saving Throw (DC 15) or suffer a wound. As an action they can tend to their wounds by repeating the save. Another creature can also tend to the creatures wounds as their action, replacing the Saving Throw with a Medicine Check.

If the creature does not have the wound repaired by the end of their turn, they suffer d4 necrotic damage. Wounds are stackable and take 1 action per wound to fix however many they accuire.
