Mind Raze (3.5e Equipment)

The Mind Raze is a poison that is harvested from a plant only found in a grove in the middle of a haunting forest. The leaves are crushed, boiled, mixed with a past made of tree sap and dried maple tree leave dust. This sticky concoction can be smeared on a surface and contact with it cuases a rash in the area and devastating damage afterwards.
