While you wear this magical mask you have advantage on Charisma (Intimidation) checks but have disadvantage on Charisma (Persuasion) checks because of its dreadful appearance.
When attuned to this item and you look directly at another creature and that creature can see you, you can force that creature to make a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened as if it were under the effect of the fear spell. A creature that succeeds on its saving throw is immune to this effect for 24 hours.
