The Big brother of the blast pistol the blast carbine is a MASSIVE upgrade sporting a higher range, higher mag size, higher damage and a better blast quality, The only downside is that you can't wield two of these beasts.

Special;Phosphex 4=When an enemy is hit by phosphex they must make a DC 16 Dexterity save or take 4d6 fire damage each turn and give advantage to enemies targeting them

Blast=When an enemy is hit by a shot from this weapon everyone around them in 15ft takes damage and is affected by the shot.
