This page is of questionable balance. Reason: This suffers from bag of rats, what is keeping a player from spending a year or so of downtime to kill one million rats to get a +1,000 bonus to attack and damage rolls?

Weapon (any sword), rare Evolving Power. Attack and damage rolls with this weapon have a +1 bonus. For every 100 points of damage you deal with it, this bonus permanently increases by 1. |
