Prerequisite: Cha 13

Benefit: You get a +2 feat bonus to initiative checks. During your first turn in an encounter, you gain a +2 bonus to your first attack roll. If you are first in the initiative order, you also gain a +2 bonus to your damage roll if you hit with your first attack.
