Physical Description

History

Your soul has been attached to the body of a scarecrow making it sentient, this was done using a soul gem which hangs around your new forms neck stabilizing its form.

This could of happened in a number of ways such as pissing off an old wizard, you can decide how this happened be creative =)

Sould Bound Scarecrow Traits

Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity score increases by 1, your Wisdom score increases by 1 and your Intelligence.
Age.
Alignment.
Size. Speed. Your base walking speed is 35 feet. You cannot swim without bits of you falling off in the water.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and one other language of your choice.
