Surging Adrenaline

When you fight you feel energy coursing inside you.

On your turn, you can take one additional action and possible bonus action. You can use this 2 times and finish a short or long rest before you can use it again.

If you have the Action Surge feature, you can use only one of the either feature on the same turn.
