Talk:Neko, 2nd Variant (5e Race)

Hmm... what's the intent of this variant? Kinda see a few things that could use a little editing IMO, but I don't know what specifically the distinction between this and the first variant is supposed to be, and thus which changes would and wouldn't be beneficial.
