I'm just going to give a heads up but this race needs some heavy balancing and changes, currently they are really strong and frankly overshadow everything in addition to breaking allot of 4e conventions. --Aitharious (talk) 18:52, 28 March 2017 (UTC)

Nerfed

I Nerfed the race, I admit it was to overpowered, Most likely gonna nerf it again May add a scaling function to Necrotic Vitality also heavily nerfed the encounter power
