Spells need to be linked. Text needs to be in sentences and paragraphs. This is not acceptable for a single sentence:

"Before the beginning of time Ticonderoga created two cosmic apprentices Panagiotis and Panagiota to help him in the creation of the multiverse these entities were entrusted with the placement of these corrupting artifacts this artifact was placed in a plane of pure chaotic energy to counteract it's lawful properties as were the others placed in their own opposites to counteract they're alignment properties eventually the stress from their monumental tasks intermingled amongst the entities."

Other wiki articles mentioned need to be linked. Caster Level or save DCs aren't mentioned (making the thing useless). That huge History paragraph needs to be broken up into smaller paragraphs.
