Not entirely a Teddy Bear, but to have fuzzy bear and a cute personality
Prerequisite: You must be not a Teddy Bear (but have one Teddy Bear parent)
Benefit: You gain Cute Charm as a daily power. Plus, you get a +2 bonus to two Charisma based skills.
