Wondrous item, very rare (requires atunement)

A magic amulet that allows the wearer to cheat death.

While attuned to the totem, you are permanently under the effects of a death ward spell. If the spell activates, the totem is destroyed and you gain the following benefits for one minute:

You have resistance to all damage and advantage on all saving throws.
You regain 15 hit points at the start of your turn, provided you have at least one hit point.
