Saving Throws Dexterity +8, Charisma +4 Chakra. The Uchiha has 25 chakra points which he can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest. Chakra Sense. The Uchiha can sense chakra and magical effects within 30 feet of him. Foresight. The Uchiha has advantage on Dexterity and Wisdom saving throws. ACTIONSMultiattack. The Uchiha can make 2 unarmed strikes. Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d4 + 5) bludgeoning damage. Genjutsu (5-12 Chakra). One creature within 40 feet that is not blind must succeed a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, they are effected by one of the following:
Great Fireball (8+ Chakra). Ranged Spell Attack: +8 to hit, range 150 ft., one target. Hit: 33 (8d6 + 5) fire damage. The Uchiha may increase this damage by 5 (1d8) fire damage per additional chakra point spent.

The tied for the most powerful clan in the Hidden Leaf Village after the death of the First and Second Hokage, being rivaled only by the Hyuuga clan, , the Uchiha have a long history of causing problems. Prior to the Uchiha Massacre at the hands of Itachi Uchiha, almost every member of the clan was involved in planning a coup after significant discrimination following rumors surrounding the Nine-Tails’s attack on the village a few years prior. On a side note, they are considered one of the best formulators of Fire Style ninjutsu. |
