Water Acrobatic [Power]
The character pass water for a few feet by hitting the surface whit the right speed and angle.
Benefit: In addition the character can make a Power (speed) check DC 10 to pass 15 feet of liquid surface. For every 5 points above the DC you gain an additional 5 feet. You gain additional +15 movement speed by passing the DC check.
