The Yamanaka has 25 chakra points which he can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest.

Chakra Sense. The Yamanaka can sense chakra and magical effects within 30 feet of him.

Chakra Enhancement. The Yamanaka may increase any of their actions's DC by +3 for 5 chakra.

Evasion. When the Yamanaka is targeted by an effect that allows him to make a Dexterity saving throw to take half damage on a success, he takes no damage on a success and half damage on a failure. |actions=Multiattack. The Yamanaka can make 2 unarmed strikes.

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d4 + 4) bludgeoning damage.

Genjutsu. One creature within 20 ft. must succeed a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw. This range may be increased to 70 ft. for 3 additional chakra, making deafened creatures immune to this. On a failure, they are effected by one of the following:

  • The target is blinded. Costs 7 chakra.
  • The target is deafened. Costs 5 chakra.
  • The target is frightened. Costs 6 chakra.
  • The target is affected by the confusion spell. Costs 8 chakra.
  • The target is restrained. Costs 8 chakra.
  • The target is paralyzed. Costs 12 chakra.

Mind Body Switch (4 Chakra). One creature within 120 ft. must succeed a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, they are charmed and the Yamanaka is paralyzed for 1 minute, or until the Yamanaka ends the effect as an action or loses concentration. They may spend 8 additional chakra to not become paralyzed. They may spend 6 additional chakra to cast it on one additional creature.

Psycho Mind Transmission (7 Chakra). The Yamanaka opens two-way telepathic communication with up to 5 creatures of their choice that share at least 1 language within 5 miles for up to 1 minute (concentration). |description=

The most skilled non-dojutsu wielding clans in the Hidden Leaf Village to primarily use genjutsu, the Yamanaka clan also dominates their village's flower shop market, as well as their long-range communication network. Due to their legendary involvement in the Ino-Shika-Cho formation, the clan head and a many of their most prominent family members are given names begin with the syllable Ino, including Ino, Inoichi, and Inojin.
